Service model

1688 Bags provides bag sourcing, seller coordination, QC support, repacking, and DDP delivery planning. Product pages and cart totals may include estimated delivered pricing. Final fulfillment still depends on seller availability, source review, QC result, route availability, and destination requirements.

No counterfeit or infringing goods

We do not knowingly source, sell, ship, or accept payment for counterfeit, replica, unauthorized trademark-infringing, or otherwise unlawful goods. Requests or product listings with brand, replica, dupe, 1:1, mirror, or similar risk signals may be rejected, refunded, or moved to manual review.

Checkout and source review

A payment or checkout request does not guarantee that a marketplace source will be purchased. If a source is unavailable, fails review, fails QC, or creates legal, logistics, or payment-policy risk, we may cancel the order and refund the payment or ask you to choose another option.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate product choices, variant details, destination information, and contact details. For PayPal orders, shipment should follow the address shown in the PayPal transaction details unless support confirms a compliant exception.
