Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Express shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $99.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we cover the re-shipping cost.

Every bag ships in our signature dustbag, enclosed in a sturdy branded box. We use eco-friendly tissue paper and moisture-absorbing sachets to ensure your bag arrives in perfect condition.

We currently ship to North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10-15 business days.
