Requests move through seller confirmation, purchase approval, QC, repacking, and export handoff. After source confirmation and QC, most approved sourcing requests enter export preparation in 3-7 business days. Final timing depends on seller availability, QC result, packing profile, destination, carrier, customs, and route.

Contact support within 14 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items. If QC fails before export, we contact you for replacement, exchange, or refund options before shipment. See the full Refund Policy.

Bags can be consolidated, protected, and repacked before export. Packing choices may change final parcel size and route selection, so support may confirm unusual package or destination constraints before shipment.
