Refund Policy

Before supplier purchase

If your order has not been purchased from the source seller yet, you can request cancellation. If the source is unavailable, fails compliance review, or cannot be confirmed, we will offer a replacement path or refund.

QC failure

If QC finds a material mismatch, damage, wrong variant, or source-quality problem before export, we will contact you before shipment. You may choose a replacement, seller exchange if available, or refund according to the order status.

After delivery

Contact support within 14 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging when a return is required. Return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.

Non-refundable cases

We may decline refunds for used items, buyer-selected wrong variants, address errors, buyer-requested reroutes outside the payment address, normal color variation caused by screens, or issues not reported within the stated window.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. PayPal refunds must be processed through PayPal or documented through support if another resolution is agreed.
