Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect information needed to answer sourcing requests, review bag options, process approved invoices, coordinate QC, and arrange delivery. This can include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp contact, destination, product links, quote notes, selected items, invoice references, QC records, and support messages.

Payments

Approved invoice details are handled by the payment provider. We store sourcing references, invoice status, transaction identifiers, and fulfillment notes needed to support the approved request, prevent fraud, and respond to disputes. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use customer information to confirm source availability, review compliance risk, coordinate approved sourcing and QC, arrange packing and DDP route handoff, send status updates, answer support requests, and maintain fraud, invoice, and dispute records.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with payment providers, logistics partners, warehouse and QC staff, and support systems. We do not sell customer personal information.
