What we collect

We collect information needed to answer sourcing requests, review bag options, process checkout, coordinate QC, and arrange delivery. This can include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp contact, shipping destination, product links, order notes, selected items, payment references, QC records, and support messages.

Payments

PayPal payment details are handled by PayPal. We store order references, payment status, transaction identifiers, and fulfillment notes needed to support the order, prevent fraud, and respond to disputes. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use customer information to confirm source availability, review compliance risk, coordinate purchase and QC, arrange packing and DDP delivery, send order updates, answer support requests, and maintain fraud, payment, and dispute records.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with payment providers, logistics partners, warehouse and QC staff, and support systems. We do not sell customer personal information.
