When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking usually becomes available after sourcing, QC, repacking, and export booking are completed. Most buyers receive a live tracking update shortly after the parcel is handed to the line-haul carrier.

Why does the parcel sometimes stay unchanged for a few days?

Cross-border bag orders often move in batches. It is normal to see a quiet period while export scanning, flight allocation, customs clearance, or destination handoff is in progress.

What if my order contains multiple bags?

If several sourced bags are consolidated into one shipment, tracking updates will normally appear only after the final parcel is packed and dispatched as one export order.
